Payroll and HR Administration Manager

Payroll / HR Degree (or equivalent). with MEIBC Experience + Biometrics (JHB South) R50 - 60 TCTC. Payroll management principles, policies and practices. Employment law and regulations, e.g. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Acts, Skills Development Act, etc. Payroll controls and income tax laws. MEIBC Main Agreement knowledge and application. Financial controls and disciplines HR and payroll systems (preferably Accsys) and reporting. The Payroll and HR Administration Manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient provision of HR administration and processing services to the business, its managers and employees. The role requires an experienced customer-focused HR professional with strong personnel management skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to improve and optimise systems and processes. Time & attendance (Biometrics Experience) Wage processing/ Salary processing HR Service Management / Systems and Technologies. HR Administration and Processing. Recruitment and Selection. o Manage complete process and all related systems and administrative procedures and record keeping, with oversight/guidance from finance and internal audit. o Manage pay levels in accordance with the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council (MEIBC) schedules governed by the main agreement and its related pay and benefit arrangements,
