Reference: JHB000367-BS-1 Our client, a large luxury retail organisation is looking for a Personal Assistant to support their Sales Director. This position will be based in Kramerville, Sandton. Applicants must have experience compiling Sales Reports. Description Skills and experience required: Extremely strong excel skills are required. Pivot tables, Formula’s, etc. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or similar (preferably to a Sales Director or Sales Manager) Own reliable vehicle and driver's license Applicants must be extremely well presented and have excellent communication and organisation skills. Job description: Support the National Sales Director General administration Compile sales reports Communicate with other managers and executives on the Sales Director’s behalf. Diary management Reading, monitoring and responding to emails Prepare documents for meetings Prepare presentations. Plan and arrange complex travel arrangements (both local and international) Plan and organise meetings Answering and screening calls. Draft correspondence.
