Office Assistant to join their dynamic and fast growing team. Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years similar working experience - office administrator position. Computer literate (Word, Outlook). Experience working on Quickbooks would be beneficial,not essential. Well organized, excellent communication skills, as well as excellent telephone etiquette. Key Performance Areas: Managing switchboard. Welcome walk-in clients. Dairy management. Invoicing and basic bookkeeping functions. General filing and administration.
