Main duties would be and not limited to insure that the high quality of our food is kept on that standard. Keeping food cost with in margins. Ordering stock and insuring Gp's are on par. You will be expected to perform some FOH duties from time to time. Reporting to GM and/or Owners. This is a shift based job and you would be expected to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
