Reference: JHB000492-CK-1 My client based in the North of Johannesburg is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to join and lead the internal recruitment process. Experience in extensively recruiting within the Property industry in a non-negotiable requirement for this position. Duties & Responsibilities Qualification Matric minimum Degree or Diploma is beneficial. Skills and experience required: 2 – 4 years’ experience in recruitment Experience in within the property industry At least 1 year experience in managing a team. Job description: Responsible for training and developing a team of recruiters Create and manage current and future talent pipeline. Manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. Continuously looking for ways to improve recruitment process, tools, systems, etc. Implement cost effective recruitment strategies Package & Remuneration R Market Related Annually.
