Description Skills and experience required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Recruitment role Successful track record in recruitment is a requirement. Applicants must have experience working on many roles at any given time Job description: Sourcing for suitable candidates. Partner with line managers to understand department needs, culture fit, etc. Advertising vacant positions internals and externally Screening applicants and shortlisting suitable CV’s Conduct interview with shortlisted candidates Provide management with feedback with regards to candidates, market trends, etc. Salary breakdowns Manage talent pool. Administration of psychometric testing Extend offers of employment Liaise with agencies on vacancies and feedback Assist with onboarding and registration of candidates.
