Tax Secretary

Duties & Responsibilities In order to be considered the following is required: More than 3 years’ experience as a secretary (experience in a Tax team would be advantageous) Excellent knowledge of MS Suite (Word 2010, PowerPoint and Excel) Knowledge on Aderant Expert (CMS) accounting system – Advantageous. Knowledge on FileSite – Advantageous Secretarial diploma (advantageous) Matric essential. Display attention to detail Ability to multi-task Takes initiative. Must be well-organised and conscientious Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Good interpersonal skills Maintain confidentiality. Honesty, reliability and punctuality Ability to work well under pressure Excellent client relationship skills Responsibilities: Preparing pre-bills and billing memos (sending same to clients) Strong administration and organisational skills in order to manage professionals’ practices (diary management, answering telephone calls and tracking messages in the absence of the professionals) Typing a wide range of documents (legal opinions) Incorporating amendments to documents Preparing resource and client files General office and personal administration Managing debtors with the accounts department FICA administration: following up to ensure the FICA requirements are complete Information displayed above not limited to advertisement.
