Reference: JHB000366-CK-1 Looking for a new challenge in the Interior Design/Décor industry? My industry leading client is currently looking for a Personal Assistant to the National Sales Director that has experience within a sales environment. Description Qualifications required: National Senior Certificate/Matric Secretarial Certificate/Diploma or similar qualification is advantageous. Skills and experience required: 4 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position Experience within the Interior Design industry will be given preference. Experience within a sales environment Attention to detail. Accuracy is of utmost importance Must have the ability to do reporting in Excel and Pastel. Excellent communication and presentation skills Job description: Diary management Reporting from internal system Compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. Manage all local and international travel arrangements Assist customers with queries and build positive relationships with customers. Assist National Sales Director and management with any queries. General office administration Communicate staff training needs .
