Call Centre Agent

The Call Centre Agent is responsible for receiving and processing incoming orders, whilst stimulating the customer’s interest by promoting a range of goods and services offered by the company Duties: • Receive inbound call from existing and potential customers • Place outbound calls to market sales and promotions to existing and potential customers • Deliver prepared scripts when dealing with inbound / outbound calls. • Ensure customer queries are resolved with the aim of first time resolution. • Achieve call metrics whilst maintaining excellent quality of service. • Identify and escalate priority issues • Route calls to appropriate resource • Input all call information as per company procedures. • Ensure queries are responded to within agreed response time. Requirements • No Experience in Call Centre / Customer Service needed free training provided, Grade 10-12 or its equivalent are welcome to apply. • Able to work in a team. WhatsApp +27 60 496 4608 /
