Paralegal Administrator

Paralegal Administrator: An exciting opportunity for a Paralegal Administrator exists at our company. Education: • Matric/ Grade 12. • A tertiary legal qualification/ diploma is an added advantage with minimum 2 years work experience. Skills and Knowledge: • High level computer literacy; MS Office (including proficiency in Excel and Word) • Excellent communications skills at all levels (both written and verbal, including ability to write own correspondence) • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure; the Ability to work independently and prioritize; and to be proactive. • Good organisational and administrative skills/planning and organizing • Analytical thinking • Results Orientated. Key Performance Areas: • To follow-up with and provide feedback regarding outstanding accounts • To create payment plans structured for our Clients and negotiate these terms with their Creditors. • To monitor the progress of payments and provide feedback.
