Client Liaison Assistant

Client Liaison Assistant: An exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison Assistant is now available at our company. Your duties include, but are not limited to: • Contacting clients regarding their Credit Report Listings, explaining procedures, answering questions and providing information. • Recording and analysing client queries and requirements. • Conduct both outbound and inbound calls in a proficient manner. Key Competencies • Customer Satisfaction • Team Player • Ability to work in pressurized environment • Good communication skills • Goal Orientated • Attention to detail • Problem solving Education: • Matric/ Grade 12. • Call Centre and, or, an tertiary legal qualification/ diploma is an added advantage with minimum 2 years work experience. Skills and Knowledge: • High level computer literacy; MS Office (including proficiency in Excel and Word) • Excellent communications skills at all levels (both written and verbal, including ability to write own correspondence) • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure; the ability to work independently and prioritise; and to be proactive • Good organisational and administrative skills/planning and organising • Analytical thinking • Results Orientated. • Strong communication and negotiation skills is a must. • Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English.
