Proactive and flexible approach Excellent communication skills Reliable and punctual. Afternoon Receptionist - key responsibilities: Meeting and greeting clients Answering switchboard Managing meeting rooms using Outlook Managing and co-ordinating car parking allocation Ensuring the reception area is tidy at all times Raising purchase orders using SAP system Working and distributing post etc Booking couriers.
