The duties will include: Providing administrative support to business functions. Liaising with off-site consultants and coordinating their workload. Contacting clients and customers for support Extensive use of excel to track business activity Providing First line support to clients on the phone General ad hoc responsibilities within the business The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel. Customer service and good phone manner Good team working skills. An interest in technology and IT This role will offer a great and relaxed working environment for the right candidate, a competitive salary of up to R15,000pa, a working week of Monday to Friday 9-5 and free on-site parking (this role is most suitable for drivers).
