IT Services Technician

Be able to provide effective and efficient support to users in The Co-op Group. Must have: A+, Windows, MS Office, Windows Server 2008+. N+ and basic understanding of IBM System-i will be advantage Good knowledge of Business Principles, networks and databases (MS Access, MySQL, SQL Express, SQL Server) Helpdesk (spicewords or similar) Be able to provide remote support; diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve. Experience with Eset security products Familiar with Android and IOS
