Relevant HR Degree with proven HR exp. in motor industry to Manage effective and efficient HR Operations function which delivers pro-active and business focused HR advice and services such as recruitment and selection, employee relations, policies and procedures, rewards and recognition, training and development. Manage coordination and delivery of key HR services, have proven track record of success in process management, Broad exp. of change management and project management, exp. working with multiple stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization, solid understanding of data management and analysis, Basic Budget control and admin, Principles of compensation, benefit analysis and admin, research, compile and prepare reports and work effectively under pressure.
