Customer Service Technical

Require A recognized Supply Chain / Logistics / Customer Service qualification at an NQF Level 6 or higher ideally or 5 or more years experience Minimum Experience Levels: • At least 5 years in a Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service environment. • Technical skills or experience (mechanical and/or electronic engineering background) would be an additional advantage. • Additional linguistic skills would be an added advantage. Skills and Attributes: • Ability to deliver customer service excellence in a busy, challenging environment. • Excellent oral and written communication in English • Effective prioritization and multi-tasking skills • Analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail • Tenacity, Thoroughness & Integrity • Demonstrates a professional, responsive & flexible attitude to work. • Experience working in a global environment with customers from different cultures, languages etc who have different expectations. • Ability to self-manage, whilst leveraging global teams for expertise, support etc. • MS Office, with advanced Excel Skills • ERP systems experience in the Customer Service area e.g. orders, quotes, finance, warehousing etc. • Administrative and organizational skills * MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SHIFTS 13.00 - 21.00.
