Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage a team of Sales Executives • Mentor, motivate and train Sales Executives to reach monthly sales targets. • Perform trade-in valuations. • Support Sales Executives with structuring of deals to ensure optimal profit to dealership and best value to customer. • Perform monthly review and action planning with team • Stock control oversight . • Marketing and advertising in line with dealership requirements. Minimum Skills and Competencies • Min grade 12 or equivalent • Min 7 years’ experience in automotive sales – franchise experience preferable. • Min 3 years as a Sales Manager within the automotive industry. • Ability to manage and motivate people – good interpersonal skills. • Proven track record in automotive sales • Target driven • Self-motivated . • Time management and prioritisation.
