Recruitment Administrator

Our company is looking for a dynamic and proactive administrator who is flexible, adaptable and tenacious. He/she will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective recruitment support within a diverse admin function. Duties & Responsibilities Job Description Research on various job boards and in-house sources Research in line with business development Updating and maintaining of client and candidate records on in-house system Create various spreadsheets for mailers and drawing for social media resources Rewriting job specs and advertising vacancies on various job boards Answering the phones with efficient telephony and message taking Liaising with the public on every level or seniority to company standards Conducting market research Assisting with salary surveys Experience & Qualification Minimum Requirements Matric At least 5 years solid proven admin exp Fully computer literate in MS Office and typing speed at least 50 wpm COMPLETELY fluent in English written & spoken - First Language + Afrikaans (preferred) Must be self-motivated, a hard worker, honest & proactive Able to handle a pressured & demanding work environment Extreme attention to detail req Must have a driver’s license and own transport
