Account Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a high level Administrator/Customer Service Consultant to work within a Utilities division, based in George. The role is temporary for the next 6 months (minimum) and would always have the opportunity to go perm. Responsibilities: Resolving queries with Water companies over the phone. Administration and tracking of outstanding queries and actively chasing for responses Utility supplier account reconciliations Processing utility invoices/credits. Setting up of new utility suppliers. To provide a point of contact for utility suppliers for utility-related enquiries via email and phone. Assist with the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports as required. Answering the telephone and fielding queries from both suppliers and our homeowners on the main Finance hotline. Supporting the team as directed by the Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Observe and comply with policies and procedures for Health and Safety at Work and observe and continually promote equal opportunities and customer care in compliance with organisational aims and objectives.
