Executive Office Manager

Description The core duties are: Improving existing procedures and processes Aiding in the recruitment process. Participating in Monthly Senior Management meetings. Manage the administration team. Preparing and presenting weekly meetings. Working to a budget, KPI's, goals and objectives and strategic planning. Organising a variety of business events Other ad hoc HR duties. Profile. The successful candidate will have the following qualities and skills: Individual accountability & responsibility Friendly, caring and happy disposition Ambitious and professional. High level of Emotional Intelligence. Desire to continuously seek improvement and embrace empowerment Resilience & resourcefulness ILM Level 4 or above. Job Offer. What's on offer: Full time position from 8.30am - 5.00pm daily Exposure to the design / manufacturing industry Working within a close-knit environment Ability to run your own diary.
