Reference: JHB006992-RG-1 My client based in the East Rand is looking to appoint a Training Facilitator from the Electronics Industry - This is a non negotiable Description Grade 12. Computer skills (MS office package) Qualification in relevant technical field(electronics) Minimum of 10 years experience in the technical field. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a training officer JOB PURPOSE To develop and lead on technical training. RESPONSIBILITIES Training - Develop innovative and easy to understand training materials and tools. Provide technical training to internal employees and customers. Prepare training schedules and manuals for training Analyse learning needs and develop appropriate training material. PERSONALISED ATTRIBUTES. Able to work independently or as part of a team Good communication skills. Good interpersonal skills Integrity and honesty. Highly organized Deadline driven Detail Orientated Ability to maintain effective work relationships Excellent people skills. Understanding and experience in facilitation of training in foreign cultures. Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work in a challenging complex humanitarian situation.
