Our client is an international family owned manufacturing company, operating for more than a 100 years! They are currently seeking a cool headed, Customer Care Team Leader for the Boksburg area.


  • Matric with Mathematics as a subject
  • 5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Administration and Logistics
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP as it relates to Customer service, Sales and Logistics processes  
  • In-depth and up to date knowledge of local import and export legislation, requirements and procedures (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of IATA regulations and Hazardous goods shipping protocols (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of international trade agreements (advantageous)
  • Fully proficient in use of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM system advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven problem solving ability
  • Able to work under pressure in demanding environment
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented and assertive
  • Strong prioritization & time management; organisational skills
  • Good relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of sales and business processes as well as the ability to take up and structure new topics
  • Able to work as member of a team and lead, when required


The Successful candidate must reside in Boksburg or surrounding areas.
