Senior Maintenance Manager

Duties will include all aspects of maintenance and cost optimization on the portfolio which consists of 9 residential high rise properties in the Pretoria CBD. 1. A Minimum of 10 years relevant experience is required and a suitable tertiary qualification is an advantage . 2. The position requires in depth understanding of all aspects of building systems and infrastructure as well as procurement processes a, quality control and cost control. 3. Detailed and appropriate maintenance experience is required with experience in preventative maintenance plans , preparation of maintenance budgets and control of contractors . 4. Experience in operating cost optimization is also important. 5. Good leadership skills and team work approach are also requirements . 6. Experience in Drafting and management of SLA’s with service providers is a requisite. 7. Ensures that services purchased are of acceptable quality at the least possible cost. 1.1. Property Management 1.2. Asset Management 1.3. Reporting 1.4. Monthly/Annual Expenditure / Analysis 1.5. Planning and budgeting. 1.6. Building Management . o Devise a three-year maintenance plan including allowances for provisions where applicable (annually) for submission to the owner.
