Our client based in Boksburg is looking for an Administration Manager in the Pipes Fittings and Flanges division

Minimum Requirements             

  • An NQF 7, three-year degree / advanced diploma
  • 5 year's administration / Financial management experience Computer literacy
  • SAP experience would be an advantage strong communication skill
  • Strong planning, organizing and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure.
  • Conflict handling skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Administration Management
  • Manage & coordinate stock take process Maintain and update fixed asset register Operational Management
  • Interpret approved operational plans and determine the utilization of resources
  • Financial Management
  • Help in compiling and review month end financials Provide input into annual budget planning process
  • Provide specialized technical / professional support to internal and external stakeholders
  • People Management
  • Participate in people development and training initiatives
  • Governance, compliance and risk management
  • Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, standards, policies and procedures and to report noncompliance. Inventor Management
  • Reporting
