Reference: JHB007145-RT-1 We are urgently looking to employ a dynamic and well presented HR Team Lead in Kyalami, Midrand Description 1. Are you a HR Generalist? 2. Do you have knowledge and experience on VIP payroll? 3. Do you have experience with payroll statutory requirements? 4. Do you have a minimum of 3 years experience in a HR Generalist role? 5. Do you have sound knowledge and experience with South African employment legislation? If you have answered "YES" to ALL THE ABOVE questions, then we may want to meet with you, please ensure YOU MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS below before applying: Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related fields is essential i.e. Degree/Diploma/Certificate A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar generalist HR/HR admin role is essential Knowledge and experience of VIP Payroll and payroll related statutory requirements Excellent numerical and analytical aptitude Attention to detail Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law Ability to develop effective relationships Intermediate MS Office skills. Conflict resolution skills. Customer focused approach High Performing individual Demonstrate high levels of initiative, innovation and creativity. High level of integrity and discretion Team player. Works well under pressure and deadline driven Able to work in Kyalami, Midrand.
