A well-established company in the Insurance industry requires a Business Analyst to be based at their office on the East Rand.

Responsibilities

• Analysing of the involved processes
• Provide consultancy, guidance and supportive services for SYSPRO and its satellite systems
• Data extractions and data analyses according to Plant and Controller Manager requirements
• Configuration, testing and support on SYSPRO and its satellite systems
• Peform system enhancements and deliver expertise in functional modules of SYSPRO
• Preparation and maintenance of user documents according to business requirements
• Work closely with the Business Process Owners to provide system solutions
• Develop and design documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures
• Monitor internal controls and make recommendations as needed
• Manage and coordinate teams and train staff

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of diverse business processes in a wide range of industries
• SQL language and database concepts
• Required .Net, Java Script, C Sharp
• Bootstrap advantageous
• Crystal reports
• HTML 5.0
• Basic knowledge of Clarion
• Proven ability to perform most technical tasks
• International project experience required
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles
• General knowldge of all IT disciplines and technology platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
