Parts Administrator

We require a dynamic, self-starter with min. 3 years’ experience in a workshop / parts / stores department who will adapt easily within a fast paced environment. Candidate should have a sense of urgency and have time management skills and be able to work in a team. This is a very hands-on position therefore we require a hands-on person willing to go the extra mile. Duties and Responsibilities The following responsibilities are vital but not limited to: · Sourcing and ordering parts effectively and comparing prices. · Checking inventory on hand · Attending to RFQ’s, pricing and costing. · Courier management · Admin duties on Sage. . · Adhoc duties · Partake in inventory counts. · Fleet maintenance. Minimum Requirements 1. Matric 2. 3 -year experience in a similar field 3. Ages between 25 and 35. 4.
