Office Assistant

Seeking an individual with a good work attitude, willing and open to be trained & grow with our company. A “self-starter,” passionate, well spoken, open-minded, thinks on his/her feet. Summary of Responsibility: •Basic Bookkeeping & Filing •Data Input •Monthly Reports (via Omni & Microsoft Excel) •Shipping Coordination & Assistance •Booking Travel & Accommodation •Liaising to Company’s Promoters, Merchandisers, Sales Agents & Customers. •Assisting with HR •General Office Maintenance. Qualifications: •Completion of Matric. •Familiarity with accounting programs or other business systems (Company uses Omni) •Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs & ability to operate general office equipment. •1+ yrs of relevant experience in an office setting (pref in an admin or clerical role) •Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, & comfortable working independently. •Exceptional oral & written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, & punctuation •Committed to providing outstanding customer service & demonstrate strong interpersonal skills •Strong attention to detail. •English Speaking with good communication skills.
