Our client manufacturing and installing flooring products is looking for an Invoicing & Office Administrator in Kempton Park
Requirements:
- Experience with DEMAND Group system
- Computer literacy – proficient in Pastel, MS Work, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous working experience as an Invoicing Clerk
Responsibilities:
- General financial and office administration duties
- Relieve the company’s receptionist
- Process tax & process credit notes
- Update tax invoice schedule on a daily basis
- Accurately add details of new clients onto Pastel
- Process monthly recons
- Assist with walk-in customers paying with a card for their order
- Assist clients with queries
- Timeously and accurately process debtors invoices onto Pastel
- Assist management with administration work when required
