Our client manufacturing and installing flooring products is looking for an Invoicing & Office Administrator in Kempton Park

Requirements:

  • Experience with DEMAND Group system
  • Computer literacy – proficient in Pastel, MS Work, Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous working experience as an Invoicing Clerk

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • General financial and office administration duties
  • Relieve the company’s receptionist
  • Process tax & process credit notes
  • Update tax invoice schedule on a daily basis
  • Accurately add details of new clients onto Pastel
  • Process monthly recons
  • Assist with walk-in customers paying with a card for their order
  • Assist clients with queries
  • Timeously and accurately process debtors invoices onto Pastel
  • Assist management with administration work when required
