Master charcutier

Our company is looking for a skilled charcutier , he must have at least 3 year or more experience in the making of Italian charcuterie(preferable done in Italy) , he must be able to work with Italian computerized drying room and curing room , therefore a good understanding of Italian language is a must. this person must be highly trained in problem solving with any complication that might occur with moulds/ daring cycle /spice mixing and quality control of finish product. He must be able to bring all new Italian trends in the cured meat field to the table with fresh European idea and a constant improving on our recipes. He must be highly trained on all type of different casing and having contact with Italian manufacture of spices and casing will be a bonus.
