Reference: JHB007196-RG-1 Description MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE: Bloemfontein. 3 year Degree/Diploma/Higher Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Retail Management. At least 8 years’ experience in a sales/business development role preferably in Information Services (IT Software Sales) with strong pre-sales experience Postgraduate qualification is business .administration will be highly advantageous Account management experience in document management and archival related or similar industry sales will be preferable. Must have business to business (B2B) experience. PURPOSE OF JOB To maintain excellent customer relationships through effective service delivery to national key accounts; to perform daily tasks with the objective of growing and retaining the defined client portfolios and to market all products and services to these and new customers in order to achieve the sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ensures that the service offering provided satisfies customers’ needs, and identifies potential sales opportunities across the national key accounts customer base and with new customers. Maintains a current and updated database on all clients within the allocated portfolio. Engages with customers on a regular basis to maintain sound relationships. Ensures effective classification of information to ensure fast and accurate retrieval.
