Restaurant Manager

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager for a lovely 5* establishment in Franschhoek. Restaurant Manager- Franschhoek. Responsibility: Requirements: •Matric Certificate. •Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management. Experience and skills: •Minimum of 5 Years management experience in a 5 star Restaurant. •Back ground in Indian Cuisine would be advantageous. •Management and leadership skills–must be hands •Focused on meeting monthly revenue targets •The ability to focus intently on ensuring consistent high quality personalized service •Must be computer literate. •Attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: •Effectively supervise the F&B Restaurant service team by being a positive role model, providing a common vision and effective communication •Provide direction, oversight and guidance to the F&B Restaurant team. •Implement and report on team daily service and operational objectives •Maintaining stock levels for all F&B Restaurant items. •Recruitment, probations reviews, annual performance reviews and taking appropriate corrective action on IR issues in line with the company’s code of conduct.
