My client is a leading Financial services provider dealing with vehicle finance based in Edenvale. Call Centre Agent Position (3 Month Contract). The successful candidate will be accountable for capturing, assessing, monitoring & approving service and maintenance claims. The Agent will need to ensure that all Calls are handled in a timely and professional manner. You will required to have a Matric, • Qualified technician (mechanic) – essential, Minimum of 1 – 2 years Authorisation Call Centre experience, Fleet Management experience – essential, 2 years Motor Industry and strong technical knowledge of vehicles is a must, Must have mechanical/technical knowledge.
