 Full ACCSYS payroll function  Maintenance of employee staff files and contracts.  Payroll of salaries & wages  Prepare salary journals from & write into accounting system. Answer employee questions related to the payroll, leave and compensation issues  General administrative duties such as photocopying, filing documents and typing  Establish/maintain employee records  Liaison with respective bargaining councils Road freight , Manufacturing and Metal industry  IOD Administration  Meeting deadlines is a must and non-negotiable Requirements  Grade 12.  Minimum 5 years’ experience in running a large wages and salaries payroll of +100 employees  MUST HAVE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE ( NON NEGOTIABLE)  Legislative knowledge (SARS/BCEA/LR.  Clean disciplinary, and credit record is essential  Willing to work overtime.
