Duties & Responsibilities Used Vehicles Sales Manager Position/ East Rand Edenvale. To be successful in these roles, you have to be an inspiring leader, be target driven and excel at building trusting relationships, both with employees and clients. You must be highly customer centric Purpose: to manage the sales team in order to sell the maximum number of vehicles at optimum profitability whilst ensuring customer satisfaction and growing market share. To be successful in the role, you will be an inspiring leader, be target driven and excel at building trusting relationships, both with employees and clients. You will have a strong understanding of customer expectations. The successful candidate must have: Matric Understanding of and proven ability to achieve financial benchmarks & targets Vehicle Sales management experience Premium brand experience Target driven People orientation Decisiveness Inspirational leadership People Management skills Engaging, persuasive communication style Sales and marketing principles Financial key indicators Computer and DMS systems Product knowledge Your busy and challenging day will include but not limited to: Analyse the SA motor market and dealer operations, identify opportunities and build the market share within your own area of responsibility.
