Computer Literacy – MS Office: Work, Excel, Outlook. Administrative or structured environment with customer interaction. Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Display a sense of urgency Diplomatic & patient. Display initiative, maturity and a high degree of professionalism. Interpersonal Skills: Team player Work independently. Be honest, sincere and consistent. Work hard to peruse our goals together relentlessly. Maintain a positive attitude by focusing on solutions and promoting a collaborative and enjoyable environment. Ability to use standard office equipment. Main Activities: To answer all incoming calls To capture all calls on relevant systems according to policies and procedures. Manage all cases professionally and efficiently within the correct time frames.
