Main areas of responsibility include: Achieving specific business objectives and standards as allocated by the relevant line manager, including the implementation of: Brand and SKU distribution strategy. Sustainable brand and SKU availability Pricing strategy. Brand visibility/communication as per Global Merchandising Standards. Collation and reporting of information Trade marketing programs. Minimum requirements for this position include: Candidate MUST be CURRENTLY residing in Eastern Cape. Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Rep. Matric / Preferably Tertiary Qualification (business-related diploma or degree) or presently studying towards such a qualification. Experience of working in a team in a business environment. Previous sales experience in FMCG preferable. Knowledge of basic marketing / sales principles preferable. Soft skills required: High energy levels and creative thinking Sound administrative and planning abilities A self starter, able to work independently and under pressure. A high degree of integrity Inclination to execute with excellence. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities (persuasive, assertive and a good listener) The incumbent must further be computer literate, have a valid unendorsed SA driver’s license and be readily available to work outside normal working hours. Package & Remuneration Market related salary.
