Administrator / Assistant to Project Manager

Our client is seeking a determined and vision orientated Administrator / Assistant to Project Manager to join their team and achieve individual and goal orientated goals.

Open position : Administrator / Assistant to Project Manager
Location : Port Elizabeth
Salary : Market related
Type : Permanent position
Working hours : Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00)

Job requirements :
- Good communication skills
- High level of Customer Service
- Detailed and accuracy orientated
- Good sense of humour, team player and should be able to provide quality work as an individual
- Good time management
- Good telephone etiquette (Friendly, speak loud and clear, professional)
- Excel – intermediate level
- MS Word/Outlook
- QuickBooks (Would be an advantage, but training can be arranged)
- Work well under pressure

Duties :
- Debtors
- Creditors
- Management of Contractors – Admin
- Management of Jobs (Deadlines)
- Account reconciliations
- Issue orders and keeping control of budgets
- Customer Queries
- Other ad-hoc duties
