Requirements: Matric/Grade 12. Min 5 years’ experience in a Retail Supermarket/General Management role Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must have experience in Managing Budgets. Duties: Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff Managing budgets. Maintaining statistical and financial records Dealing with customer queries and complaints Control GP’s, listing and price changes Maximising profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. Preparing promotional materials and displays Ensure Store merchandising meets quality standards. Stock Management Undertakings: Criminal. Credit Checks.
