Assistant Store Manager (Administration)

Minimum Requirements; Matric/NQF 4 level equivalent At least 5 years’ experience in retail environment responsible for administration Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel spreadsheets/Outlook. Valid Driver’s License and own transport. Experience on Cistech system will be advantageous. Key requirements: Strong Management skills Strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills/mathematical Data processing skills Bookkeeping skills Duties: Manage GRV office – Processing data; Claims; System Maintenance; Category stock counts Weekly reporting Analysis on operational and financial information – stock reports – negative report; weekly/monthly packs etc. Manage store documentation.
