Description Assistant Store Manager (Administration) / East London required to ensure the highest level of internal control and best use of systems to manage profitability and contribute to the general management of the store. Successful Candidate must be part of the Management team in store playing a specialist advisory role with Finance and systems in store. Minimum Requirements; Matric/NQF 4 level equivalent. At least 5 years’ experience in retail environment responsible for administration. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel spreadsheets/Outlook. Valid Driver’s License and own transport. Key requirements: Management skills Strong communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Data processing skills Bookkeeping skills Duties: Manage GRV office – Processing data; Claims; System Maintenance; Category stock counts Weekly reporting Analysis on operational and financial information – stock reports – negative report; weekly/monthly packs etc. Manage store documentation Job Reference #: 3451687534 Additional Info: 2 to 5 years.
