Our client a leading Property Developer in Port Elizabeth has a vacancy for a Portfolio Assistant who will be responsible for Portfolio administration, Lease Administration, Property & Building Maintenance, and Customer Relations. Behavioural Competency. Dynamic, hardworking and well organized Attention to detail Strong negotiation skills. Customer relation skills. Ability to use own initiative. Exceptional communication skills (Verbal & Written) Analytical and problem-solving skills Requirements: Matric/Grade 12. Legal background advantageous. Accounting background advantageous. Minimum 1 year Lease administration experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle.
