HR Manager

We are looking for an HR manager in the retail industry to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Skills & Requirements: Degree in Human Resources or related field Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive. People oriented and results driven Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices. Deadline-Orientated & Attention to detail. . Co-ordination & Objectivity Duties: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process Nurture a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
