Regional Warehouse Branch Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch by increasing sales, profitability, market share and customer and employee satisfaction by co-ordinating sales, branch operations and staff development activities Herewith an outline of this role, but not limited to: Lead and Manage Staff. Manage Customer Service Standards. Manage Communication in the Workplace. Manage Inventory Control. Manage Sales Performance Manage all Financial and Operational Aspects of Branch. Loss Control & Security General Admin Health and Safety Manage Merchandise and Housekeeping Manage Stock Take. Critical Skills: Problem Solving & Decision Making Planning. Delegation Meeting Management. Critical Thinking. Conflict Management Skills. Proficient in MS Office with excellent computer skills knowledge. Must have good telephone skills Excellent Customer Service Skills. Ability to listen and interpret information accurately Planning and organising skills Qualifications & Experience: At least 5 years sales experience, with a proven track record in exceeding targets. Relevant Sales or Management qualification would be an advantage. Own Transport - Essential Valid Driver’s Licence – Essential As this is a position of honesty and integrity, the successful candidate should possess a positive credit and criminal history as per our client’s requirements.
