Duties & Responsibilities Maintain and manage existing relationships with partners, franchises, their customers, and sales team members. Work with customers to define the best possible business solutions, using the companies product basket. Prepare proposals that address current and evolving customer requirements; while clearly highlighting their needs, the proposed solution, and the costs and benefits involved. Responsible for the design and communication of the business solutions and the identification of integration requirements, extensions, reports and customizations of the product. Present the solutions based on explicitly and implicitly stated requirements. Desired Experience & Qualification Degree in computer science or related will be an advantage. Having managed IT / product implementation projects would be an advantage. Experience in enterprise software sales including proposal writing and software demonstrations. Experience with scripting or programming is a plus. Attention to detail and accountability. Excellent presentation, judgment, planning and organisation skills. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Must be able to work under pressure and to balance risk with business decisions. Must be self-driven, innovative, motivated and a strong team player. Exposure to office automation industry knowledge and business process mapping. 3 – 5 years’ experience in pre – sales. connect@accotech.co.za
