New Business Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Responsible for reaching sales target in line with the strategies determined by the Company. All aspects of new business sales including identifying new business opportunities, various prospecting methods, detailed needs analyses, identifying areas of improvement, recommending and presenting solutions, negotiation. Responsible for preparing freight estimates. Responsible for preparing and maintaining client rate proposals. Thorough client implementation process including Specific Operating Procedures. Developing and strengthening client relationships and trust. Responsible for client retention. Achieve growth through extension business. Maintaining CRM system and sales pipeline. Developing and strengthening technical and commercial expertise in order to achieve the required results. Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements: Matric is essential. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales in Clearing and Forwarding. Be well versed in solution selling Must be able to provide proof that you are currently achieving sales target.
