Sales Manager

My client is looking for a Sales Manager to take charge and full responsibility for the everyday business within the Branch. Looking for someone that strives to manage client relationships. This position oversees total staff compliment and drive daily sales activities. Implementation of company policies. Assisting with the performance of competitor analysis to determine market trends, pricing and service offered by competitors, as well as new competitors entering, and those exiting the market. Create relationships with key strategic professional bodies from a networking perspective. Plan and carry out all selling activities (e.g. cold calling) with and through staff to agreed targets. Generate appointments/leads as a result of sales/contacts activities Plan/execute all the firms Brand Product activation's – in store and launches . Respond to and follow up on all sales inquiries by telephone and personal visits. Submit quotes/tenders/proposals in support of generating new and existing business. Ensure that Customer showrooms and displays are installed/maintained as per the SA Head Office spec and standards. Oversee the Showroom/displays at all Customers and ensure that it is always neatly presented with Product samples and POS Material/brochures. Develop own lead sources and establish a Data base of Con Qualifications - Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Sales/Marketing 5 years experience. Submission closes on Monday 24 February 2020.
