Develop job descriptions as well as KPA’s and KPI’s for each position as they are needed to ensure business achieves its strategic objectives Manage the performance management process Assist managers to plan and implement regular performance feedback. Skills Development Identify and implement training plans in line with operation’s needs, legislative requirements WSP reporting to HWSETA manage the maintenance of training files BBBEE. Plan and implement strategies to improve current score Monitor transformation and BBBEE legislative changes and updates Co-ordinate the execution of transformation strategy and communication for all related projects Reporting. Collate and co-ordinate the monthly reports to submit to the directors of the company Experience and qualifications. Duties & Responsibilities Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management. Sound experience and/ or exposure to - Employee Relations/ HR Business Partnering/Key Labour legislations (LRA, BCEA, EE) Skills and Attributes. Desired Experience & Qualification 2 + Years HRM Experience.
