HR Manager

Develop relationships with line managers and be the first point of contact for all Labour related issues Advise and provide guidance to all staff with regards to HR related policies and procedures Management of personnel files Manage the HR processes for new engagements, transfers, terminations etc – ensuring accuracy of information. Industrial relations Coach and advise line managers on appropriate industrial relations matter (hearings, grievances, CCMA etc.) Ensure all staff misconduct, counselling sessions and personnel information is properly recorded and easily accessible. Recruitment Ensure appropriate staffing and action accordingly Ensure that all recruitment is done in accordance with the company's EE plan and strategy Employment Equity Compliance. Ensure EE and SD meetings are held; minutes are circulated and EE Committee is correctly constituted. Manage and report any exceptions and deviations to the legislation Drive implementation of Employment Equity Targets. Performance Management Develop job descriptions as well as KPA’s and KPI’s for each position as they are needed to ensure business achieves its strategic objectives Manage the performance management process Assist managers to plan and implement regular performance feedback. Skills Development. Identify and implement training plans in line with operation’s needs, legislative requirements WSP reporting to HWSETA manage the maintenance of training files BBBEE.
