HR Manager (Generalist)

Duties & Responsibilities 1 Develop, implement and manage the Company’s HR and Human Capital Strategies that is aligned to support and give effect to the company’s strategic and business goals. 2 Manage the workforce planning, recruitment and selection processes and procedures to ensure a competent and productive workforce enabling the company to achieve its business goals. 3 Develop and implement the company’s training and development strategy and manage training and development interventions, workplace skills plan and training budget to create an environment that promotes continuous learning and ensure the company achieve its training and development strategy. Manage Individual Development Plans to ensure retention of critical and scarce skills. Transform the organisational culture towards a performance driven culture through the implementation and facilitation of a performance management programme. Desired Experience & Qualification Min: Degree in HR Management Ideal: Honours Degree in HR Management EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 year’s HR Generalist experience Extensive HR Management experience Knowledge of the HR industry Package & Remuneration CTC negotiable D level job grading Provident and Medical Car / Drivers license. Living in KZN.
